The hotel is undergoing renovations, so there's some construction noise, but the room was huge and the staff were mostly great. One receptionist could use some customer service training, though. I had a comfortable stay!

Needed a quick overnight stay, this place was perfect. Clean, comfy room, great price, and the staff were super helpful with printing some documents for me. Would definitely stay again if I'm back in San Jose.

My partner and I had a great time! The bed was enormous and comfy, the shower was spacious. The staff were super friendly and always ready for a laugh. We even got a restaurant recommendation, although it was closed, we found an amazing Chinese place nearby!
